1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older as of date of entry. Employees of Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (USA), The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Euro RSCG Worldwide, Inc., and employees of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. THREE WAYS TO ENTER: A) USE YOUR GOODYEAR CREDIT CARD: Each time you use your credit card for a purchase during the period 10/1/10 - 12/31/10, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the month your transaction was made. See Rule #3 for a schedule of drawings. Balance transfers, cash advances, card fees, returned purchases and disputed transactions will not result in an entry. Fraudulent transactions and cards tampered with or otherwise altered are not eligible for entry. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent monthly drawings.

B) APPLY FOR A GOODYEAR CREDIT CARD: Complete and submit an application for a Goodyear Credit Card either: A) IN-STORE by obtaining an application (available while supplies last) at participating Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company locations, or B) ONLINE by visiting www.goodyeartires.com/credit.html and following the on-screen directions. All completed applications (regardless of whether approved or declined) will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. No mechanically reproduced applications permitted. Not responsible for illegible/lost/late/mutilated/postage due, misdirected applications or applications not received in time for any random drawing. You will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the month your application is received. Maximum one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of applications submitted via Rule #2B. See Rule #3 for details on monthly drawing dates. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent monthly drawings.

C) NO PURCHASE OR CARD APPLICATION NECESSARY: To receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by mail, handprint on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper your complete name and mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY). You may enter more than once during the sweepstakes; however, there is a limit of one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail your submission in an envelope no larger than a #10 (business-size envelope) with 1st-class postage affixed, to: Goodyear Credit Card Win a Car Entries, P.O. Box 5622, Blair, NE 68009-5622. If you wish, you may select a specific Drawing Month for which you would like to be entered. This (optional) Drawing Month must be clearly written on the front of the mailing envelope in the lower-left corner. If no month is indicated, your entry will be included in the earliest available drawing. If you indicate a Drawing Month and your submission is not received within 7 days of the close of that Drawing Month, your entry will be included in the next available drawing. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible entries are void. Not responsible for lost/late/mutilated/postage due/misdirected entries or entries not received in time for any random drawing. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent drawings.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: A total of three (3) individual random drawings will be conducted, one for each Drawing Month. Each drawing will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of its entry period, by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Grand Prize winners will be notified by express overnight carrier and First Prize winners will be notified by mail. Actual odds of winning a prize will depend on the actual number of eligible entries received for each Drawing Month and the number of prizes available in each Drawing Month. Limit one (1) Prize per household.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (3) Grand Prizes, one per drawing, are available as follows: Drawing #1: winner's choice of a 2011 Dodge Charger (MSRP $25,200) or a $20,000 check; Drawing #2: winner's choice of a 2011 Dodge Charger (MSRP $25,200) or a $20,000 check; Drawing #3: winner's choice of a 2011 Dodge Charger (MSRP $25,200) or a $20,000 check. (50) First Prizes - (17 available in each of the first two drawings and 16 available in the last drawing) A $100 Visa Prepaid Reward Card. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Total value of all prizes available to be won is $80,600.00.

6. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a publicity release within (7) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent/legal guardian. No substitution or transfer of prize by winners permitted except as stated in Rule #5. Winners will be responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees. Terms and conditions apply to the Visa Prepaid Reward Card. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and their respective directors/officers/employees/assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor may require potential Grand Prize winners (regardless of their method of entry or elected prize option) agree to attend a local PR event and be photographed with prize vehicle at the request of Sponsor. Event venue, date and time will be determined by Sponsor. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency in any sweepstakes materials, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems, delays in processing transactions or applications, computer/electronic malfunction/human error/malfunctions of telephone lines/computer systems/servers/providers/hardware/software/lost or unavailable network connections or failed/incomplete/garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries that are suspected of being fraudulent (e.g., those using robotic/automatic/programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if an entrant fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/suspend/modify any method of entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures inherent to that method of entry destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus/bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration/security or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of any method of entry, all remaining drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received from such method of entry prior to termination (of such method of entry) and all remaining entries received from non-terminated methods of entry. Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
